At Himalayan Valley Retreat, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent booking experience. Whether you're planning a peaceful getaway, a romantic couple's retreat, or a family stay in Rishikesh, our reservation policy ensures clarity and convenience from the moment you confirm your stay.

General booking terms

Reservations can be made directly through our website https://www.himalayanvalleyretreat.com, by phone, or via email. A valid email address and contact number are required at the time of booking. Guests are encouraged to provide accurate personal details to ensure smooth communication and check-in procedures.

Confirmation of reservation

All bookings are subject to availability. Once your reservation is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details including room type, number of guests, check-in and check-out dates, and total charges. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

Advance payment and deposit

To secure your booking at the best resort in Rishikesh, a partial or full advance payment may be required, depending on the season and package selected. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, or other available payment gateways. Details will be shared during the booking process.

Cancellation and refund policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may incur a cancellation fee or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and time of notice. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

During peak seasons or for special discounted offers, bookings may be non-refundable. All refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days from the cancellation approval.

Check-in and check-out policy

Check-in time is from 12:00 PM and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

For the convenience of families, couples, and groups visiting the best family resort in Rishikesh, we aim to accommodate timing preferences whenever possible.

Modification of bookings

If you wish to change your travel dates, number of guests, or upgrade your room, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date. Modifications are subject to availability and rate differences may apply.

Group bookings

For bookings involving more than 5 rooms or a group event such as family reunions or retreats, we request prior coordination with our reservations team. Special group rates, dining options, and activity packages can be arranged to ensure a memorable experience at our resort.

Identity and age requirements

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. The minimum age for making a reservation is 18 years. Children accompanied by adults are welcome, and we offer family-friendly accommodations suitable for all age groups.
